Our Bar and Restaurant
The oldest part of The Plough is the 17th Century listed thatched bar which has real character and is one of the oldest buildings in the village. We serve hand-pulled Everards award winning cask ales with usually three guest beers available. We also have a wide range of lagers on draught and of course stout. Lastly we have a varied wine list including a selection of Champagnes, available either by the glass or bottle. We also stock around sixty craft gins and twenty rums served with a twist in a cocktail or straight with Fevertree tonics. Under the supervision and licensee Jamie Levers.
We now have a new authentic Thai Menu provided by the ‘Thai Kitchen’ on Tuesday to Saturday 5pm until 10pm with a takeaway service available. Call 0116 2751113 to book or for takeaway.
A pub food menu is available Thursday to Saturday 12 until 2pm with Sunday lunch only 12 until 4pm.
